Pablo Vazquez ' Personal Portfolio
Venom's Lab Training DVD
Johann van Grosso

Aloha!, great news over here, new character released!
(and he is as free as he can be, under the Creative Commons Attribute License)

Screenies, a video and the blend file on the link below:

Johann van Grosso’s page

Hope you like all it, since it is a bit different from what I use to show.

Other relevant news:

  • David Revoy released an awesome training DVD! about Painting, check it!
  • Plumiferos Premiered!, the movie I worked on during 2006 and 2007 is finally out, didn’t have the chance to see it yet.. anyways.. the only thing I care about this project nowadays is the good friends I made during that time.

BTW, I’m in Switzerland!, working at RGB Prod on a Victorinox project, lots of compositing I’m doing these days, hope to post the results here soon.. along with some *awesome* news I have to share :D

That’s all folks, take care!
Pablo

Wow! You blew me away with this out of left field! Amazing job and a very nice addition to your portfolio – with this you show a lot more versatility!

Next up: maybe get ahead of the Durian curve and start working on incorporating stuff into live action since the next project is rumored to be moving in that direction. Thanks for the blend/xcf and the venomgfx dvd. Keep on blending! In my humble opinion you and @ndy are the top blenderheads out there.

The Durian team will no doubt regret not bringing you on board. You clearly have skills.
Kudos!

Hi Pablo,
my name is Gherardo, from Italy!

I’ve used one of your model, Timmy Sphere, for a compositing test and I put it in my showreel. I hope you do not mind.
So take a look and let me know your impressions:

And thanks a lot for Venom’s lab tutorials!!
